"The room is clean and has a soft bed.. We have a good sleep. I am also happy that the staff always reply to messages here in Booking.com. All of my questions are well answered. Considering the hotel is cheap but they still give the best for their guests. ."

"The location is about 10 minutes walk from Alterlaa Station. This is not good if you don't like to walk a lot. The hotel asked for the City taxes, but I am happy they did not charge us when we got to the hotel."

"We arrived at 10:20 AM, there was noone at reception, as it stated in hotel description(reception normally opens at 2 PM) but we managed to find someone that did an early check-in(on description it states that check-in are at 4 PM) and for this we are gratefull cause we got into the room and we were able to explore city. Room was clean, beds confortable, maybe pillows are not the best, bathroom was clean, towels and sheets also clean. Very quiet area. Room cleaning was performed daily. There is a TV with some english channels. There is a InterSpaar 400m from where u can buy things. From railway station u need to get the U1 and from there U6 to Alterla station. Buy a 3/7 days bus/train/subway pass, worth the money. We didnt stayed very much in the room since we were all day exploring city. We used the room for bagages, shower, sleep and eat in the mornings."

"Nothing much to say, maybe that the safe was broken or maybe not, we didn't bothered to ask at reception about it. Wi-fi is very bad, but we came from EU country and we could use mobile data. There is no small fridge, but we shop on early morning from Spaar some pasterys to eat before going to lunch in town."
