"We had a fabulous stay at The Dunes in early January. It is a very modern and tastefully decorated Villa, flooded with light. Communication with the owner was very clear and straightforward. There is a well appointed kitchen and ample living space for a family or two couples. A short walk through the dunes (Yes, it is aptly named :) takes you to a delightful beach and we were visited each day by a herd of kangaroos, who came to feed on the lawn. It was a great base for exploring the island, being a relatively short drive from both Penneshaw and Kingscote."

"The Dunes is located in an amazing location surrounded by natural vegetation. We frequently saw kangaroos feeding right on the door step. The venue is very spacious with modern furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. While access is via a dirt road, it can be easily accessed using a 2WD."

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."
