"The staff are very kind and helpful. Quite large comfortable rooms, very clean and nice. Breakfast is very good. A lot of shops/groceries/pharmacies in the vicinity of the hotel."

"Sometimes it was loud in the street outside - but not something the hotel may be blamed for. Location-wise the hotel is a bit far to walk to the centre of Baku area, but taxis are always there and cheap (use Bolt or similar aps). Also, it is sometimes just interesting (for me at least!) to walk through some remote areas around the city."

"We liked everything ,the staff were nice Emin Heydarov and the 2 Nicats,one at the reception welcomed us very nice and also the lady and she even helped us to book our Shahdag tour ,very helpful and Nicat always asking us if everything was okay.The housekeeping team wxellent the place always clean and no foreign smells ,location is good aswell close to a lot of restaurants and our favourite shop,Araz is just next to the hotel .We really had great time ,im impressed."

"My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. They assisted me with tours, recommended good restaurants and shops. Specially Mr. Emin, he goes above & beyond to help and made us feel welcomed. He knows very well about the city and the area around. The housekeeping team promptly addressed all my requests and ensured that the room was cleaned every single day. The breakfast was excellent. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel."

"The state was really good thanks to Emin. The guy on the Reception. He was super helpful and overall we liked the hotel, the room, the breakfast! It’s a bit further from old city and downtown but if the weather is great you can easily walk. Another great thing about Baku - the price for a taxi is low so just take a cab and reach old city in 10 min. The room was clean, looked like recently done / renovated. Very cozy! Perfect AC, hot water. A few shops and a cute coffee shop ( cup cup coffee) just 2 minutes away. Had a blast!"

"Hotel was nice nd clean room size was also good .. the staff was really kind nd professional .. we needed early check in they helped us with that nd the other day we had to check out early because of our flight so they arranged breakfast for us 2 hours before there official breakfast time .. the manager both the receptionist persons nd the chef all of them were very nice nd helping .. would definitely stay there on our next trip"
