"Kicsit körülményes a tetőtéri parking, ha sok csomagot viszel, számíts lépcsőkre! De máshogy is meg lehet oldani, ezért nem olyan nagy gond. Illetve a lift szinte a szobában van, az elég hangos. De ha eléggé kifáradsz, észre sem veszed! 😀"

"Очень понравилось расположение апартаментов, все находится в шаговой доступности. Встретила хозяйка, очень дружелюбная, все объяснила, рассказала. В квартире чисто, имеется все необходимое. В холодильнике находился набор напитков (вода, сливки, газированная вода), имелись различные приправы, чай, кофе. Wi-Fi работал отлично! Соседи приветливые. Разговаривают здесь в основном на английском и боснийском языках, но имея переводчик в телефоне, проблем не возникло. Проживание было очень комфортным! Рекомендую!"
"Было бы здорово, если бы был буклет с расписанием и видом местного транспорта, на котором можно доехать до центра Сараево и по примечательным местам этого города!"

The staff, particularly at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We must give a special thank you to the young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to secure a safe parking spot for our large vehicle—her extra effort was incredibly appreciated and made our arrival stress-free. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality and tasty options. Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider a buffet-style breakfast for longer stays (over two nights), to provide more variety from day to day. Overall, this hotel offers great value, superb service, and a prime location. We would happily return and recommend it to others."
