"This place has everything in highest quality and very well kept housing. The staff are extremely kind people. The cleansiness is exceptional. I love the fact that the sleeping rooms are seperated from the living room and kitchen. Walking distance from Japodski Otoci."
"The nearby housings tend to party alot so there is noise most of the evenings in summer season. Some people are not annoyed, for people who seek quiteness its not the best situation HOWEVER the sleeping rooms have a pretty good isolation so you can opt sleeping in earlier."

"We absolutely loved staying at this house. It is very nice furnished and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay (including coffee machine 🙂). The location is next to “Japodski otoci” and very good base to visit other locations along river Una. The owners are very welcoming and warm people. Highly recommend staying here!"

Here is a list of items we liked: direct access to river Una, swimming pool, comfortable and spacious living accommodations ( we are a family of four), proximity to japodski otoci for rafting and dining experience, peace and quiet, welcoming hosts. "The owner of the villa welcomed us warmly and gave us a Bosnian Baqlawa. They explained all the accessories of the villa, which has a wonderful view of the UNA River. The villa contains three rooms, two bathrooms, and a shower. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a children’s playground, a river gate, a front gate, and parking. Our stay was wonderful and... I encourage anyone who has a family to choose this villa, and we will visit it again in the future, God willing."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it both convenient and quiet. The staff, particularly at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We must give a special thank you to the young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to secure a safe parking spot for our large vehicle—her extra effort was incredibly appreciated and made our arrival stress-free. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality and tasty options. Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider a buffet-style breakfast for longer stays (over two nights), to provide more variety from day to day. Overall, this hotel offers great value, superb service, and a prime location. We would happily return and recommend it to others."
