"Excellent location in the city center, just steps from the main attractions. Our room offered a beautiful view of the city and was warm and comfortable after long walks. The breakfast was hearty and tasty, a perfect start to the day."

"Location is great. Parking is close, and the staff is nice, specially the receptionist which greeted us the night we came (Sept 5th). The room could have been more cleaner, we found hair in the bed, dust in corners. Breakfast was okay, not too much choice but good."

"Hotel is clean, with basic furnishing but nice. Decent internet, very good beds, clean as you arrive. Coffee, tea and cookies in the room. Breakfasts are reach and varied with hot and cold choice: eggs scrambled, omlette, boild, sun-sided... super tasty bosniak saussage, cheese, jogurts, donuts, pancakes, good choice of vegetables and frutis. There is no cleaning during your stay but towels are changed every day (there is no process to prevent it ;) ). It is very close to Stary Most and Old town. Parking slots are limited but they offer parking next to hotel and you just need to bring parking ticket to reception, they cover it."

"What I would recommend to do better is to provide more equal service. We had two rooms and in the first they had water in the fridge but no soap in the bathroom. We had soap and shampoo. :) I would also recommend to clean the "corners" and cabinets a bit more thoroughly as it is clean but not ideal. ;)"

"This hotel is 10 mins walk to The Old Bridge, though outside of the Old Town. Hotel is modern, equipped with everything needed. Hotel stuff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good - a lot of variety, including fruits and veggies. There was no free parking spot in front of the hotel when we arrived, but they offered a spot at paid parking across the road which was paid by the hotel."

"Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was very friendly, especially the young woman at the front desk. We were given a larger room upon arrival since it was available, and on the check-out day they kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours. The hotel is also just a short walk from the Old Bridge, which made the location perfect."
