Guest reviews for Hotel Tanja
"The Tanja suited me fine as a clean, safe, quiet and reasonably priced hotel for 1 night. The location was good for those with a car, since it is at a major intersection, with free parking. For those without car, it is OK, about 1km from BL's main square, and perhaps 2-3km to bus station. The room was very basic, small but clean. Good size bed for two, even though I was alone. If I was staying longer, and needed to spread out my things, or set up my laptop, it would have been too small. For example, there was minimal room to put anything down, desk and closet were very small, and bathroom had no room to put toiletries down. Breakfast VERY basic. But the price was low ($40)."
"Per my "like" comments, it would have been nice if the bathroom had horizontal space to put down toiletries, or hooks for the wet towels or clothes, and the ventilation fan was VERY noisy. Breakfast only had Tang to drink and breakfast meat was a sad looking hot dog."
"Nice location, very clean room, very nice and helpful staff.Breakfast was excellent, safe parking in front of the hotel."

"Es gab zu wenige Parkplätze. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bar, in der die Musik so laut ist, dass man nicht schlafen kann."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it both convenient and quiet. The staff, particularly at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We must give a special thank you to the young woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to secure a safe parking spot for our large vehicle—her extra effort was incredibly appreciated and made our arrival stress-free. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality and tasty options. Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider a buffet-style breakfast for longer stays (over two nights), to provide more variety from day to day. Overall, this hotel offers great value, superb service, and a prime location. We would happily return and recommend it to others."
