"- excellent location within 10 mins walk from bus station and steps from the main square in old town - delicious breakfast buffet offerings. I stayed for 3 nights. 1 of the 3 days the breakfast was a la carte and was very good - front desk staff was friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for a visit to Tvrdos Monastery - the room was SPOTLESSLY clean. Housekeeping staff was extremely kind"

"I stayed in the spa wing of the hotel. It is a couple minutes walk from the main building. I appreciated the elevator to reach the 3rd floor. I did NOT like the air con being set to a minimum of 22C. Although I was relatively comfortable, given the price point, I want control of the temperature in my room. My preference is 18-19F. I shared this concern with the front desk upon check out and he said he would convey this concern to the owners. I also find it absurd that one is charged 3 euro for a coffee pod in the room. Again, at this price point, this is not expected If not for these two issues, I would have rated the location 9.0"

"Good value for the money. The room was a little smaller, not included free tea or coffee in the room or a single chair was what I was a little unhappy with. Other than that everything was fine"

"Centrally located in this beautiful town, just steps to pubs, restaurants, historic sites, and shops. Friendly staff ready to make arrangements if you need anything. In spite of central location, room was exceptionally quiet."

"Nice and helpful staff. Big and clean room. The position is very central, just at the entrance of the old town. Which is great but beware: there are bars below your windows and there was live music until midnight when we stayed there (August). It was beautiful music, so i appreciated it, but if you want to sleep early, that can be problematic. Having a free parking just outside the old city is great."

"Breakfast: It was really bad, little choose, and most of the things were not even good, I'm sure most of the things are from the day before... Honestly, you should skip the breakfast, and buy something at some bakery in the city. Still, definitely recommended!"

"It wasn’t a big problem but we weren’t aware that there was a charge for parking till we checked out. I didn’t see anything on the sight that said ‘paid parking’ only ‘private parking’. But definitely a bonus to have parking in the city & close by!"
