"I like that it was family business, younger couple, with three smaller children. They treated us like we are family friends. They answered any questions we had. Regarding the place itself, it was clean, tidy, modern, and affordable. You get a free coffee in the morning. Probably the most notable thing that I have noticed was that these people love what they do, and that is providing excellent accommodation to the pilgrims."

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."

"We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful."
