"Nice secure entrance off of street, friendly staff, our room was on the 9th with sea view and was really quiet.. nice sunsets from balcony, comfy bed"

"Hotel does need a little lick of paint here and there to spruce it up a bit.. could of done with some chairs on balcony.. although balcony does face the wrong way you can still see the sea and the view facing straight out is really good also some nice scenery of trees and stuff"

"When I arrived the manager, without me asking, upgraded me for no additional charge to an oceanview room with a balcony which was just great. Lovely view and ocean breeze on the balcony. The staff there were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good security. Good room cleaning. Good reception help. The included breakfast was a good mix of South Asian and western cuisine and all delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be staying here again in the future any time I’m in Cox’s Bazar. One constructive comment: it would be nice if there was one additional overhead light and a ceiling fan in the middle of the room."
