"Surrounding is breath taking. Food was excellent during breakfast. Staff were helpful and cordial. Bed was perfect and cosy."

"The reason I went down to 9 is because i stayed for 4 nights as I extended personally there .. The lift stopped working and we were stuck for about 20 minutes with few other people. The help was too late and there’s nothing to facilitate it quicker. Felt helpless and there was no apology either .. they carried on as if nothing happened. Fix that when the electricity is out"

"The receptionist namely Mr.Himu or soneone else probably was less attentive during my check in. Though he gave me the room key and accordingly we drop our luggage to the suggested room ( Room no 1417); but he didn’t give entry to the system properly. When we went to the swimming pool the pool lady told us Room no 1417 didn’t show in favour of my name or there was no room no showing in favor of me and her behavior/attitude was also inappropriate."
