"The location in Gulshan-1 is very good with access to restaurants and easy transportation. It is close to the Gulshan and Banai lakes. The area is very walkable. I was there during Ramadan and the staff went out of their way to may me feel comfortable with meals and local guidance."

"They told me anything in the minibar is chargeable, I did not touch anything from the minibar,I got two nuts which was not in the minibar but it was outside the minibar. Still they charged me 20 dollars+ for two small nuts.This is the only thing I disliked about the hotel."

"the prices were to high in the hotel facilities, for example: - starting with the rooms rate- prices were too high compared to their 5 star peers in the same area - the SPA prices were too high, however, for Bonvoy members you can get 20% discount. - ordering soft-drinks in Bahar restaurant will cost you around BDT 850"
