"The B&B is on a quiet residential street on a canal. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated blending the features of the older house from the 1930’s with modern touches. The breakfast is served overlooking a lovely garden complete with their two cats, Molly and Elvis. We stayed 3 nights in the large room overlooking the canal which was spacious with a comfortable queen size bed, mini-fridge, and coffeemaker. Best of all were the hosts, Sam and Valerie, who were wonderful, personable, and helpful with info about Bruges. We feel we have made new friends! We highly recommend staying at B&B Contrast if you visit Bruges and we hope to be back someday!"

"Well designed, updated, extremely clean, quiet rooms, located few minutes walk from Market Square in an area that is quieter and has good restaurants. Hosts are lovely and second generation."

"What an amazing place to stay! It is in a great location. The property is beautifully designed. We stayed in one of the garden rooms. It was comfortable and modern with a small outdoor sitting area. The breakfast is ample and quite diverse. The highlight was without a doubt the charming hosts, Valerie and Sam. They were incredibly warm and welcoming. We felt incredibly well taken care of. If we return to Bruges we will definitely stay there again…and have already started recommending it to our friends!"
