"The room is very spacious, there are lots of beds. There is a microwave and a water kettle + fridge and bathroom are outside the room on the same floor. The city center is within a walkable distance, the location is perfect! Franky is an awesome host, very friendly. Car parking is in a garage nearby, very safe and convenient."

"The host Franky was fantastic, he helped us find local free parking and his advice was really welcome. Super warm and friendly - you can tell he loves hosting people. The room was perfect for a family of 4 and more. From memory, 3 doubles at least, with a nice bathroom adjacent. If staying with the family again in Ghent, would definitely return."

"The location is superb, plenty of space, shower excellent. Very good value for money and the little dishwasher was useful. The parking was also an added bonus, underground and secure, close to the accommodation."

"The layout is unusual, it didn’t bother us, but having the fridge in the bathroom and no sink in the kitchenette is unusual. However, it wouldn’t deter me from staying again as the pros far outweigh the cons."
