"What is not to like about this property? The building itself is historic and absolutely charming. The rooms were spacious and clean and efficient. The bathroom was large and updated upstairs with a soaking tub. There was also a bathroom one floor below with a shower. It was nice to have access to two bathrooms for our party of 3. The breakfast was phenomenal in presentation and quality - like a 3-course meal. But the absolute best thing about this property was the charming hosts. They could not have been more accommodating, more delightful, and more helpful. Great convenient parking as well! Easy drive to fabulous Ghent - one of our favorite stops on this trip!"

"There is nothing not to like about this property. Our rooms were on the third floor but the hosts even helped us carry our luggage upstairs so it was not a drawback at all! The room was a little warm the first night, but the host showed us the controls and we cranked it down and it was fine the second night. These were not draw-backs - only observations. This is a fabulous stay!"

"This place was amazing. The Villa is extremely beautiful, taken care of every detail, shinning clean and with everything you need and more, much more! The owners are a very lovely couple which are very helpful. The breakfast is so PERFECT, not even in a 5-fork restaurant, really well presented, tasty and with fresh products of the region. For the cherry on the top: they contribute actively and very concretely to reduced the carbon footprint. Looking forward to visit the place again! :)"

"What an incredible stay in Ghent! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived and we’re treated with so much kindness the entire trip. The Tilia room was lovely and perfect for our group. It was such a relaxing and peaceful location. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very thoughtful. The hosts were also very accommodating to our infant and had a crib, high chair, and some toys available for us. This was the perfect spot to stay and explore some of the surrounding cities. We’re so happy we picked this B&B for our trip to Belgium!"
