"The owner is very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check into my room earlier, which was a great help. My room was on the 3rd floor, and the corridors were a bit narrow. However, the room itself was very spacious, even for two people. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They prepare breakfast according to your preferences, which is a nice touch. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the main tourist attractions."

"The bathroom in the room and the French toast at Breakfast were the most amazing highlights of the stay. The overall stay was very good and in the heart of the city, bed was comfortable, no hassles with check-in as it’s automated and a very good homemade breakfast."

"Despite being an older property, it has been very well maintained. However, the only thing is sometimes you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly and that makes you a bit uneasy. It’s a very small thing but worth mentioning."

"The apartment is on a quiet street a short walk from Brussels Central Station and the Grand Place. It is quite large and in a convenient location. Breakfast was nice with freshly prepared eggs and french toast."

"Would have been nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. We arrived by train at the Midi Station and the walk from there to the apartment was not pleasant - arrive at Central Station if possible for your travel."

"It’s in the middle of everything and if you like to walk like me, it’s a perfect location for walking to all the sites. The views from the top floor room are amazing. They serve a full spread breakfast in bed, which is just so lovely. Xavier is a wonderful host"
