"Ideal overnight stop over for cycling in Flanders. Bart is a great host and the bar had many interesting beers. Breakfast in the morning was excellent."

"The sleeping accommodation in the small boat was a bit cramped and in hot weather not very comfortable."

"Lieu atypique et logement atypique.. nous avions un enfant de 4 ans lieu super. Celui ci c est très bien plu. Des jeux à disposition coin très tranquille. Au bord de l eau avec beaucoup options loisirs vélos barques kayaks etc...prévoir juste de quoi manger et boissons car pas de commerces à proximité... mais quel lieu agréable. Barbecue à disposition prévoir charbon de bois etc... Le calme la soirée pratiquement pas de voitures juste tracteurs suivant le travaille des agriculteurs et périodes. Sinon petite route surtout vélos et promeneurs. Très joli coin. Si vous désirez le calme et la tranquillité. Conseillé. Franchement à refaire rapidement... encore merci pour le très chouette accueille."

"De omgeving en de aangename verwelkoming. Voor iemand die houd van de mooie omgeving en de rust en de stilte zeker een aanrader. Ook voor kinderen is het een plaats waar ze zich kunnen uitleven en ravotten."

"De mooie locatie en de rust. Ook heel fijn dat we heel de boot voor ons gezelschap alleen hadden. Leuk (dak)terras, met mooi zicht op de omgeving. Ontbij was uitgebreid en lekker, perfect om een stevige dagwandeling of dagfietstocht mee te starten."

"Boot was een beetje rommelig, maar op zich stoorde het eigenlijk niet. Draagt bij tot de sfeer :-)."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this delightful property. We originally thought that we would be renting a car at the time that we stayed here, but we ended up using the train. The nearest train station is about a 25 minute walk and Fred, the owner, very kindly offered to pick us up at the train station with our bags and bring us back to the property. He also did the same for us when we left at the end of our stay and even another time or two during our visit. He went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated that. We rented the family room, which consisted of a bedroom on the main floor and then a separate loft with two twin beds. It was very comfortable and spacious and suited our needs. Breakfast was delightful and is served in the charming living room. We hope that we can come back soon."

This is the kind of experience I enjoy when I am traveling somewhere!
