"There was a woman behind the desk who seemed like a scold regarding expectations about the airport transportation. (We had scheduled an 8 am airport transport but upon learning that our flight was going to be delayed, we decided to delay transportation by a couple of hours and relax in the room). She could have handled it more professionally (and warmly) in her delivery of information instead of her forceful , “you cannot just expect for the van to be leaving every hour because it needs to be scheduled…” Well, ok lady … chill out ;-) … Her gentleman colleague however was warm and helpful in contrast. Otherwise, it’s an excellent hotel in a good neighborhood with lots of eateries nearby. Very highly recommended."
