"The beds were super comfortable. The house was perfectly satisfying and was decorated with a lot of kitten decorations because Ieper is called the Cats city. The owner left a basket with snacks and local chocolates, and the fridge was stocked with alcoholic drinks and sodas, all included in the price. The location is perfect, being in the centre of Ieper but still being in a pretty calm street. Totally worth the price and extended my expectations!"
"We did notice that a few of the stocked items were near/past expiration date. There were also some ants in the garden, and a few in the bedroom on the groundfloor. Both were mentioned to the owner so I'm sure this will be checked, since the owner seemed like a really friendly man."

"We were met on arrival by our hosts. Who were most welcoming. The location,in the centre of Ieper, overall quality of the house, fixtures and fittings in all rooms. lots of complementary items throughout. Especially the fridge."
"The only issue was the parking. The house comes with a garage space, but wasn't wide enough to get a large people carrier in. This is no fault of the owners just an observation for anyone else with a larger than average vehicle"

"The location of Het Kabinet was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the Menin Gate and local bars and restaurants. Tibo met us at the property to show us round and explain how everything worked. We were able to store both cars in a huge garage within a 2 minute walk and also made use of the free city bikes for a 40 km ride which was excellent ! Can not recommend this property more !"

"It was just perfect, a very nice host, a perfect appartment with 3 bedrooms and a good living room. Great kitchen with all facilities. 3 bathrooms also one with a 🛁. Even a garage with space to two cars. Highly recommended!"

"Travelling for work so having and appartment with cooking facillities is ideal for me. The appartment was a nice size, perfect for two people, very comfy bed and good powerful shower which are my two musts in any hotel. Instructions send prior to arrival were clear with passcodes for the building and room. Very easy to find the building and the car parks were all sign posted even in English, the parking itself was easy and again well signposted so you knew which part to park in for you appartment building. Lift takes you straight up into the appartments, which were easy to find and easy to enter with the previously emailed passcode. I used the pool fascilities on the first night."
"It is located fairly close to the airport, you can reach it even on foot ~2.5km. Of course not as close as airport hotel, but 3-4 times cheaper. Street is calm. Sufficient space. Full small kitchen with fridge."

"I loved the location - in a quiet neighborhood very close to where I grew up, that I was visiting. It's part of a darling old farmhouse and the unit is beautifully furnished with every amenity necessary. It had large gorgeous windows for lots of daIylight! I also liked that it had a small sitting area with a leather sofa, a buffet with coffee, tea, and refrigerator. Also lots of closet space. The bathroom was spacious, with shelves and a beautiful shower! Lots of electrical outlets in the whole place too. Would definitely stay here again!"
