"The room was clean, warm, and well-appointed. This was the first time in recent memory where an affordable hotel left me space to store my affairs, where the bed was comfortable, where the temperature was already comfortable and easy to adjust, and where I wasn't periodically scratching my head and thinking "how did they decide to design the room like THIS?" On the contrary, everything was tidy, functional, and laid out to make it possible for me to feel at peace in the space. I haven't slept so well during a trip that I can recall. All are rare things, even among much more expensive hotels I have booked recently. Also, breakfast was generous and served with a friendly demeanor. Hooome doesn't present itself as a luxury hotel, but it feels like a luxury, these days, to have things simply done well like this."

"Nothing. There is no elevator or daily cleaning, but that is perfectly clear in advance. And the staff was extremely accomodating when I needed something. This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in at least a decade."
