"Great stay overall in hotel Bero. Large room and even two toilets (1 separate for wheelchair persons ). Modern light bathroom... Nice breakfast... Great Spa (hammam was very hot, which was really great). Personnel was friendly..."
"Didn't like the cardboard glasses in the bathroom instead of real glas glasses and no tea spoon but wooden sticks instead. Also no nespresso in the room but only water boiler for nescafe. For a four star hotel this is disappointing. I had my room at the back of the hotel. A lot of noise there from airconditioning pipes (at least I think that's what it was). Also the windows were both covered with brown curtains, which couldn't be opened. So there was no view thru the window. This was not good."
