"we loved the location of this hotel, right on the central plaza in Bruges. Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was particularly nice with a fully enclosed shower and exterior window. The walls were a little thin, but I didn't notice any noise during the night while sleeping in the comfortable bed."

"It was quite good, the room was nice and clean, it had a spacious bathroom and shower. You have good places to hang your clothes in the room and the towels in the bathroom."

"The only small annoyance was the fact that the window in the bathroom in our room was very hard to close if you opened it but it was fixed quickly by the staff."

"The location is amazing and the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a window in the bathroom so it didn't feel too humid or musty. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was cool to stay in a bar/restaurant! It was very quiet."

"We couldn't control the temperature, so it was a bit warm at first. The only window was in the bathroom so the room was quite dark. We didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't really matter, but it felt a bit like a ship."

"VIEW! An amazing view of the Belfry right from my room! Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect, right on De Markt, restaurant right downstairs or hundreds of others within minutes walk. Staff were very very friendly. Breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cereal, juice, water, coffee, tea, etc. The bed was like a cloud so comfortable. The bathroom was huge, shower was great! They stored my luggage after check-out before my departure from the city."

"The stairs. I understand the age of the building and the lack of a lift however carrying my luggage up the flight of stairs was difficult. The other thing I did not like was the noise. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the city was doing construction work and started tearing up concrete VERY loudly at 7:00am. I also wish there were an easier way to get to the hotel from the train station, I took a taxi that dropped me off outside on the opposite side of the square and I had to drag my luggage across the square and the cobblestones, and then upstairs at the hotel."
