"The hair blow dryer did not work. When I called the staff at the front desk the gentleman came upstairs to look at it. He agreed that it wasn't working properly but he didn't offer any solutions. I asked if they had a dryer I could use and he said no. I then spoke with a woman at the front desk the next day and she said the same thing. How can a supposedly luxury hotel not have an extra blow dryer! I was there for 4 days and this was a true inconvenience that was completely dismissed by the staff. The bathroom appeared clean but unfortunately did smell of urine. I didn't even bother telling housekeeping after not getting any help with the dryer."

"Visiting with friends and family for Xmas market. On check in our room was upgraded to an executive room upon check in. Lovely spacious room with everything we needed during our stay. Can't rate food as didn't eat at hotel as spent all our time in city . Staff very friendly and helpful . Room cleaned and serviced every day and water coffee pods etc refreshed. It was in a nice quiet safe area.. Not in centre if city but easily walkable to Xmas market etc. Would use again"

"Well proportioned room with a working desk and a two-armchair area. Excellent good-sized bathroom with tub, shelf for your toiletries, and big soft towels. Remarkably quiet - you do not hear the guests in the other rooms at all."
