"No street noise. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean and warm."

"Doors slammed when you shut them so you could hear other guests coming and going but it was minimal. Beds were not soft but that’s great if you like it like that. If you’re on the 1st floor over the dining area you can hear the chairs scraping along the floor at early hours."

"The hotel has a great location right next to public transportation, supermarkets and the Le Botanique park and event center. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfy. It was great having complementary water, fruit and coffee at all times. I especially want to commend all of the wonderful staff, specifically the receptionists, who were warm, welcoming and accommodated any / all of our additional requests. Truly a wonderful stay"

"I don't really have any complaints. If I really had to nitpick, the windows in the room were older and therefore a bit more difficult to close, but it wasn't really a big deal."

"The room is big and allows to work on a small table, the internet access is quite fast and reliable. The bed is big and comfortable and the facilities are very clean."

"The room faced the main road and was a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper (not my case) bring earplugs. The room I got was in the secondary location (just 2 minutes walking from the main reception) and it took me sometime to find the entrance as its not very well signaled. The feeling in this secondary location is a bit messy but nothing that would prevent me from coming to this hotel again"
