Hotel The Neufchatel

"Very friendly staff, welcoming, kind and and helpful. Convenient location few steps away from a tram stop and electric scooters/bikes. There is a nice brunch place just across the street. Hotel breakfast was also nice, with a variety of choice for both savory and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi coverage was good, with easy access to the network. Two power sockets near the bed made it easy to recharge the phone and tablet. Kettle and tea in the room."

"The bathroom was a bit too small. The shower could be definitely improved. The one from the ceiling was not working property and the other one had no high hook on the wall."

"It was cozy and the room was a good size for the price. The beds here were very comfy; I slept for hours after getting off from my flight. Staff here were really sweet and helpful. The location was walking distance to a lot of things."

"They only had a fan available, but thankfully the weather was very pleasant since we didn’t need an AC and the fan was enough. The comforter was quite thick, so it can get a bit warm in the night."

"Very pleasant stay- I was upgraded to a larger room and breakfast included for no charge since booking.com had made an error. I also was able to leave my luggage for the day despite checking out early in the morning."
