"Location was central, wonderful service. Breakfast was @$20.00, but outstanding. Shower was perfect, rain shower head, all new. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner all good quality and eco friendly. Mini fridge and sage in room. In room Complimentary Chocolates and bottled water was super generous. Linens were great, bedding was very comfortable. My room faces the square, and was not loud-note my stay was mid week. But the city shuts down by 10pm, so no loud noises."

"Located right near the Old Market and surrounded by restaurants, but also has a wonderful restaurant attached. Breakfast buffet looked yummy, but we're not breakfast buffet sorts, and usually make do with croissants and coffee."

"Could use a bit more light in the room--the lamps make for lovely atmosphere, but once in awhile, more light (brighter) would have been helpful. More light would also have been helpful at the vanity/bathroom sink area. Fair warning to those who have accessibility issues--the bathtub has tall sides and is difficult to get into/out of. The staff was wonderful---kind and helpful. Be aware: the reception area is not stated 24/7."

"The location is superb! Right in front of the Cathedral of Our Lady. I love the windows which you can outrightly see the cathedral. The bed is comfortable. Small bathroom but it's decent. The bathroom is all glass but there's a curtain which you can pull."

"I think booking with Booking.com, we got the smallest of smallest room that they had. I would book with the hotel directly next time. Breakfast was very good and the front desk people were very helpful. I didnt notice on the website that parking would be so hard. We found the underground parking lot they recommended but the elevator was out of order. So up the stairs we went with our luggage and then dragging our luggage 3-4 blocks over all the cobblestones and even more stairs. Not fun when you are 70 years old."
