"Needed a kettle in the room And as we were there for 3 days we had to let them know if we wanted the room to be cleaned with a clean me sign which was missing from the room and tea/coffee refills/toilet rolls that sort of thing which was a little inconvenient"
"The hotel is located next to the city lake and park. There is a huge shopping mall just in front of it, which includes a buffet restaurant. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and cafe and the venue is within walkable distance from the train station."

"The hotel was great, perfect location, just a few meters from the city center, but also away from all the noise. The park and lake behind the hotel, jungle bar, lovely restaurant, nice food, the staff were great as well. Jasmine from the reception deserves a salary raise and an award of employee of the year ! We had some troubles with the parking, but thanks to her, it was all fixed, not a lot of people would help in such situations nowadays... Definitely recommend this hotel and for sure will come again 🫶"
