"- Staff was really forthcoming. - The room was prepped for someone with mobility limitations and was enormous with the best to offer (space, shower and beds adapted) huge veranda too. As a side-note: there was a party that made some noise in the -1 level restaurant, and when I complained it was duly noted. The next morning one of the managers (Cindy W.) did her best to appease us and suggest some type compensation. Really professional and with a smile."

"Parking may be a little far from the room - depending where room is located. Swimming pool is used by local swimming team to train at certain hours."

"An excellent location in the nature but the lovely town of Houffalize is just a short walk away. Hotel was designed for families and there are many great features that make parent’s life easier and enjoyable holiday - a playground just next to the bar and restaurant, indoor playground, mini farm, beautiful pool etc."

"The pool, which has excellent features like jacuzzi and big slide, was on Saturday absolutely crowded due to external visitors (groups of scouts) and changing rooms did not seem very clean so we skipped the dipping on that day."
