"I tried to booked airport pick up and messaged them through booking.com but it took a while to hear back and get the confirmation. When I arrived I did not see anyone to pick up so I made it on my own, they said someone was there for me, who I did not see. No electric kettle in the room, would be nice to have it for tea coffee."
