"Piscină ușor accesibilă și foarte aproape de plajă."
"Personalul nu știa deloc engleză, nu ne-au fost alocate camerele pe care le-am rezervat și după lungi discuții cu translator o adolescentă, am obținut ceva relativ asemănător cu ceea ce trebuia sa primim de la început. Au încercat să ne taxeze pentru parcare, deși când am făcut rezervarea, am solicitat expres parcare și era inclusă în prețul rezervării."
"A szálláshely elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, az apartman jó tágas, felszerelt. A 2 hálószobás, 1 nappalis lakásnak 3 fürdője van,meg 2 erkélye! Pár dolog nem tetszett,de minorok, lehet én nem voltam figyelmes. Pl.,hogy kellett wc papírt vegyek (ami nem nagy összeg, ennyi luxus mellett valahogy ezt hiányoltam). A fürdőkben nincs szappan, ellenben volt mosogatószer és szivacs a konyhában.A személyzet kedves,csak nem tudnak angolul. Ebből kifolyólag nehéz érdeklődni vagy hibát jelezni. Nálunk nem ment az internet, utolsó előtti nap,jött egy mosolygós emberke,pillanat alatt megoldotta,de kellett pár nap amíg eljutott. ☺️ Nyugis tempó. Összességében jó hely. A part zsúfolt,de hol nem. 2 napig piros zászló volt, de a szálloda előnyére mondva a medencében ugrálhattak a gyerekek,nem zavart senkit,hogy kifolyik a víz.🙂"

Location: The location is perfect — It is right on the Sveti Vlas New Beach and in short walking distance from Venid Beach, which is a lovely beach. It is also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around easy even without a car. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well cleaned. View: The view from the balcony was amazing — overlooking both the pool and the sea. Management: Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would happily return!"
