"The trash bin of the mini kitchen is very small and no replacement trash were provided. We bought trash bags but there were no instructions left were to throw them (in 7 days we gathered a few bags)."

"Great location - only 5 mins away by walk to the tracks, so you don't have to worry about parking. The apartment has everything the you may need. There are three restauraunts close by and piano bar too."

"Разтегателният диван беше много твърд и неудобен за спане. Пространството около кухненската маса беше много тясно. Трудно намерихме място за безплатно паркиране навън,иначе имаше вариант за покрит платен паркинг. Разположението на апартамента е много близо до Студенец,но за да отидеш до лифта има кратко много стръмно изкачване,което не е удобно когато си със ски обувките и си носиш ските."
"Локацията на хотела е отлична - 3минути пеша от плаца на Студенец. Ресторантът в хотела е страхотен. Самото студио е оборудвано с всичко необходимо, включително напълно оборудвана кухня."

"Находится близко к подъемнику Студенец. Студия большая. Есть холодильник, чайник, микроволновка!!!, тостер!!!, стиральная машина, плита. Даже есть настоящий камин. Правда летом он врядли пригодится. В ванной душевая кабина, а не дырка в полу. Есть парковка перед отелем. Также, есть подземный паркинг. Зимой актуально, 20лев в день. Заезд удобный. Очень прятный управляющий Здравко. Помог с парковкой велосипеда на ночь."

"Пред комплекса, в който се намира апартамента има безплатен паркинг. Студиото е страхотно и уютно. Чисто и приятно за почивка. Има всичко което е необходимо за престой на двама човека повече от една нощувка. Прибори, посуда и др., както и удобна спалня и силен wi-fi. Тераса с изглед към друг комплекс, но между двата комплекса просторно място за паркиране. Хоратакоито ни посрещнаха на рецепция усмихнати и учтиви!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sveti Vlas! Location: The location is perfect — It is right on the Sveti Vlas New Beach and in short walking distance from Venid Beach, which is a lovely beach. It is also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around easy even without a car. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well cleaned. View: The view from the balcony was amazing — overlooking both the pool and the sea. Management: Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would happily return!"

"The owner is extremly nice and welcoming, the apartment is very clean. The pool area has a common kitchen where you can get glasses and cutlery but you will have to buy your own drinks at the nearest store, but we already knew that so no problem. It is a 5 to 10min walk from the beach and 10min walk from the city center. Overall excelent experience."

"Quaint old house with lots of fun and interesting decor. Good location, an easy walk to historical sites as well as to Kapana area, where there are plenty of restaurants, etc. Very helpful staff. Access to small communal refrigerator and cooking area and outdoor patio. The complimentary coffee and homemade lemonade were a really nice added touch!"
