"The hostel is in the city center The place is not very clean and could be more organized but it's ok for that price. We have a half day rest and a shower 🚿 . The kitchen isn't very clean but ok Everything is chaotic."

"Very nice common room and kitchen area. Comfortable bed in a big room. Free towels and a locker. Bathrooms had balconies overlooking THE main pedestrian street of Plovdiv. Helpful front desk staff. Perfect location."

"The giant co-working space, natural light, cute equipped kitchen. The AC in the bedrooms, the structure of the hostel, the private women's dorm, the keypad for the private rooms, location."

"It was certainly a temporary string of bad luck, but during my few days in early august 2024, the showers broke, with 1 shower for the guests, the water stops working at a certain time of the day each day for a period of time, and one night the keypad to the front door for the guests malfunctioned, with it turning into my job, as a guest just trying to chill, at 1 AM to awaken and answer the frantic doorbell of guests who could not get in. At this time, no volunteer or worker was there. I feel that's unsafe esp if someone was coming home from a night out. I think ahve alternatives, like a hidden key or something would have been helpful for this situation... or at least, a worker who lives nearby who is available at this time to tend to any problems. I worked night shifts in an Istanbul hostel for this exact reason. It's not fun, but it's a safety measure that's needed in hostels! I think the owners could do a better job not having all the tasks fall onto 1 person.... should hire more staff, create a team."

"The location is perfect close enough to the transportation outside of the city and right in between the old and new district of the city. The common kitchen has plenty of pantry items to add to your meals. Kitchen overlooking the pedestrian street, often hearing street musicians in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, with windows throughout the rooms. Air condition on the common areas and guest rooms. Guests are considerate and greet you often. Very small hostel. Next door is a great theatre. The stalls for the WC are labeled, guests are very courteous. The air condition is wonderful on summer days."

"Some days the common kitchen area and tables are not cleaned by the guests that use them. The balcony is a smoking area, it may be noticeable in the shower and WC rooms, as that is the access. Most times the door is kept closed."
