"Private parking, staff was friendly and it was clean!"
"- parking was not always easy to find in the parking. Everyone parks on multiple places so it gets filled easy - the area is easy for getting around in bahrain but this whole area is all clubs. Not familyfriendly or really has something to see. Not walkable. - if you are a light sleeper; they have thin walls. You hear the rooms on the floor and above well. - they are ‘easy’ when it comes to their guests. Apparently saudi’s take their ‘girlfriends’ inside the hotel which brings a weird crowd. Expect to see drunk woman, short skirts and a bit of noise in the hotel/around the rooms. Not family friendly when it comes to the crowd."
"The location was prime and the stay was beautiful. The rooms were well maintained with a beautiful view of the Grand Mosque. I would recommend it anytime."
"The breakfast was served cold and hence we did not like it. We went in for breakfast at 9:30am and all the items were cold except for the tea. This is not what I expected when you are charged premium for Breakfast. The served mushrooms were clearly canned and had a chemical taste to it."

"We were staying for 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. We requested 3 times through the electronic system close to the door. When we checked out, reception told us that we need to ask them... Working in tourism and traveling a lot, its the first time I hear that from a 4* hotel. I think they forgot us and they had some lack of management? I can understand that the electronic system close to the door isn't working but at least, give a sign to hang on the door or ask you clients if they need housekeeping, its the minimum."
