"This is a comfortable boutique hotel of just 5 rooms, yet includes a full dining room, a bar and a small refreshing swimming pool. The rooms are very large with AC, hot water, mini fridge and large cabinets. Breakfast was adequate and enjoyable near the pool. The staff made the stay even better, particularly Mimi who is so incredibly helpful and communicative in English - such a pleasure to talk with! The neighborhood is particularly safe, even for walking alone at night, because of several sensitive buildings there. Police is everywhere. High value for money, you won't regret it."

"Trying to protect the area, Police places permanent road blocks which makes access harder for cars and zem, unless you know exactly how to navigate the maze. If you don't, just walk the 400m to the French embassy at the main street Jean Paul II to catch your ride."

"Just two words: Great Location ! And I would add, great staff to help you enjoy your stay & perfect accessibility to go around Cotonou. The facility takes the extra mile to confirm your little stay requirement by phone days before arrival, even though the online communication was ongoing with day/hours delay. People there are professionals and very helpful. They will take the initiative to make your stay a smooth and pleasant one. You just need to communicate. I really wish they will have room for me when I next return to Cotonou. Also, the leader of the facility is hands-on, and can take initiative beyond your expectations. Lastly, the food suggested to me by the likable staff a the counter was beyond my expectations as well. I like that place very much!"

"Spacious king bed room with everything I needed on my road trip across West Africa: hot water, good pressure, and GREAT dinner and restaurant inside the property. Even if they couldn’t take my credit card they quickly drove me to a nearby bank to take out cash to satisfy the bill. Works well with nearby property L’Epicurean if there’s any overflow"

"I was not able to pay with my credit card, and was informed two day before the end of my two weeks stay. I had a solution, but clients should be informed sooner. The previous time payments by card were possible. I assume this was a temporary hick-up."

"The room was bigger than expected. Few nice couches in the room. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath. Separate toilet in the hall. Friendly staff. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Safe area protected by police and some military because of embassies in the neighborhood. There's a restaurant but it was closed during my stay. Good Italian and Thai restaurant at walking distance."
