"The location was perfect, right next to Gadong Mall and in one of the liveliest streets with restaurants, souvenir shops and more. Self check-in was fast and convenient, except for the fact that you need to have the correct amount to pay. The facilities are good, the internet works well, there's also AC."

"This guest house exceeded my expectation, the facility is clean with adequate facilities. Especially loveeee their mattress quality, it's has good density, not springgy like any other guest house or hostel , didn't expect that at all. Room size is small but quite comfortable, bathroom also quite clean. Wifi connection is good, We stayed for night layover and this place quite comfortable. It is located at the heart of Gadong area where u can find everything,from various supermarket, restaurant,cafe and night market. It's located at second floor a bit challenging if u are with big suitcases. Even though all communications with staff going though Whatsapp but their response quite fast n good ,of course at working hours. All instructions how to do the check in n payment are clear too. We quite happy with our experience. Thank you Ez lodging ,keep up the good work."

"My flight got in early in the morning and was able to come by to drop off my bags; they notified me that my room was ready around noon and got to check-in. Loved that the check-in process was easy and straightforward. Good location, right next to the famous chicken & rice restaurant and night markets. Overall was a good place to stay for the cost!"

"20 minutes away from the city center. Need to take the bus but it only works from 7am to 5pm. Thus, it is difficult to enjoy nightlife at the city center. Bed is quite small for 2 people. No water dispenser for morning before 9am"

"very good communication with the staff, made check in very easy at any hour. The room was basic but very clean very good AC and overall just the best Value I could find in Brunei. they also gave me the number to a very kind dart driver for transfer from the airport."

"Decent location, and a great price by Brunei standards. People have complained about the shower-over-toilet situation, but this is fairly standard in apartments across SE Asia. I never had any issues with waiting to use the bathroom either, despite there being only two of them. I initially found it a bit weird that 'reception' exists entirely via the medium of WhatsApp, but I must say that the online team went above and beyond in trying to help me with all of my queries and issues (early check-in and laundry assistance were especially appreciated). I'll give them an extra couple of points just for whoever the WhatsApp responder is!"

"Could have been a bit cleaner. Had an issue with small ants on the walls of my room. Also, though the room was spacious enough, it's severely lacking in furniture (there's one tiny table for the lamp), which makes it challenging to unpack for longer stays. And, as I said earlier, it's bizarre that there are no on-site staff to assist guests. The only workers I saw were the cleaners (who are a little rude) and I think another maintenance guy, none of whom seemed to speak much English."

"Great location, close to the night market and the bus stop to go into Town. Also close to a nice mall, restaurants, and bus to KK. Very comfortable stay, with washing machine, water dispenser, hot shower and comfortable bed in the AC room."

"EZ Lodgings was perfect for a one night stay in Brunei. I liked my room and the common area was really nice. The Kitchen area as well. The gentleman that provides the information for registration was so nice. He helped me with everything - including providing photos with arrows to show me where to go and arranging a late night pickup for me from the Airport. I really appreciated it. Thanks!"
