"Very good location. Staff at Reception Isobel and Jennica both explained to me in detail with lot of info which helped me to do a self tour of La Paz. Kitchen staff were very good and the breakfast."

"There is a window in the bathroom with no cover ( basically a hole ). Bathroom room door will not close properly. So, cold air from outside get into the room and it will get worse during winter. You need to fix this , do not need big monies to fix it. Wifi very bad signal."

"We stayed here one night after a last minute booking. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and gave a lot of options. Good value for money!"

"It was well located near the witches market and busy streets. Had a local restaurant right next door to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel was manned 24hrs and access locked at night so felt very secure. Room was clean, spacious and had a safe (as long as u have a suitcase lock to use) and they provided us with a heater when requested as it was cold at night."

"We stayed 5 nights, but no offer of housekeeping or replacing toilet roll. No towels on arrival either. For laundry we were promised a time to have it returned before our bus but the reception staff spoke about the mistake in Spanish and laughed with each other instead of talking to us directly and we waited an hour."
