"The property is beautiful, private, well secured on the outside… on the inside…BETTER…super clean..colorful…everything you need in terms of cooking utensils and relaxation are at your fingertips. FIRE STICK TV!! This place is delightful…. The hosts are amazing…Melvin and Donna are exceptional and willing to work with you if you need an extension on your stay if available… my favorite place to stay in Nassau without a doubt!! There is a local convenience store within a 5 minute walk and the beach is about a 6 minute walk… what more could you need 😆😆😆"

"A reasonably priced apartment accommodation in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to local restaurants (“Fish Fry” area) and a 10-minute drive from downtown. Furnishings are functional, not fancy. The property owners/managers (Donna & Melvin) are great folks, responsive in communication and super helpful."

"Location was perfect 👍🏾 close to Restaurants and convenience store 🏪 AND FISh Fry district and The NEw DUFF restaurant which serves breakfast all day. The Host/ owners where like family very nice people! We had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. Make sure to enjoy the pool and use their charcoal grill to BBQ lobster and fish we did a pool day and it was Nice 😎🇧🇸 We felt very secure they run a tight ship when it came to securing the building I really like the coded entry and exit along with security gate on the door. Although the neighborhood was safe and quiet and felt like we were off the beaten path but actually so close to everything! If you want calm vibes go to Saunders Beach 🏖️ You wanna drink 🍹and party or do water activities go to junkanoo beach .. I'm definitely coming back to stay here, I had a really good time 🤸🏾‍♀️🫶🏾😎🇧🇸"

"The property was very clean and very accessible, and in the apartment, refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron ironing board all the essentials that you may need . The pool area is nice also and also has laundry facilities on site."

"The villa was clean and it had a small kitchen with all the kitchen amenities and utilities needed. It was very clean. Donna and Melvin helped us with everything we needed and they also arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport."
