"Floret, the hotel manager, made the stay exceptional. She went above and beyond to get what we needed and make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was tasty and delivered to our room. They also hooked us up with a great local guide which became the highlight of our stay. I would definitely stay again!"

"We chose a non- air conditioned room, so the room was pretty warm in the afternoon. We visited at a cooler time of year so it was manageable by the evening with the fan."

"My teen and I were there for 4 days, The apartment was spacious, laid out well and a nice place to be. The on site hostess was a pleasure, and the dogs are sweeties. It was a nice distance from down town to be walkable to most places."

"Mangoes falling on the roof outside was sometimes a shock (a small boom from the lime sized fruits) but once I got used to it I accepted it as part of the atmosphere, and came to enjoy it."

"The property was wonderful. I booked the place last minute despite my in and out internet service. (Not to self pay for a month of international service next time you travel). Anyway, I was arriving past the checking time but Florita the host had no problem. As an aside I was planning on taking the Water Taxi to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala from there. She was kind enough to set up a taxi ride for me and even made me an early breakfast. (Ask her how to find a ripe Papaya). Punta Gorda is a small town. Fun to wander around but for me I enjoyed the sounds of nature and silence. Oh! the rooms and apartments are lovely."

"Beautiful property right in front of the ocean. Serene and peaceful. Morning breakfast was yummy! The pancakes are great! The space is clean, beds comfortable. I loved not having a tv. WiFi is fast. Very walkable to downtown area. I would stay again!"

"Great rooms, not all had AC but ours did and it worked great. There was a lot of room and it had everything we needed. The host was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great, always the right amount of food and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
