"Excellent location, walkable to pretty much anywhere you wanna go if you’re not renting a golf cart. I also love the security, lights, going up the stairs in the dark help a lot. Lovely terrace to relax on and have a drink and watch people go by or the water view. The TV is newer and worked great , the bathroom is perfect, it’s very basic, but it’s all very well appreciated, even the coffee maker is nice to have there. But the best part of all was Chila, who won out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed, gave us great tips for what to do there, and was easily accessible whenever we needed anything. She is a very hard-working lady and very kind as well, she has earned all of this through her hard work and dedication to serving others!"

"I think the price of the accommodation is very reasonable, however, it’s not brand new, so overall you’re getting great value for what you’re spending here. There are many places on the island that are a lot more expensive and I believe you get less. There’s really nothing bad about this property at all, there’s really nothing to complain about! Stay here!"

"Host is a local lady who knows the area and will take good care of you, and very attentive to your needs. The location is great, it's safe and convenient. It's a family operated business with their own ice cream shop right outside - a must-try! It's great value for what we paid. We barely spent time in the room, so we were not looking for a luxurious accommodation or a lot of space. It's a great home base as you explore the island and all the excitement, nature excursions and more. Wifi works great for when we needed to connect, and the mini fridge/freezer and air conditioner unit made our stay comfortable. It's a bit away from all the bars/restaurants so the noise at night was minimal."

"Not really a list of what we did not like, but just clarifying so everybody booking this place has clear expectations. This is not a posh hotel with luxury amenities. It's a neat, safe, private humble accommodation. If you're looking for high-end feeling luxury vibes, this isn't it - go to a resort in Cancun or San Pedro. This is a down-to-earth place for adventurous explorers of this small simple island. There's no co-working station or desk, so you'll have to go to a cafe or restaurant for that. The room we had wasn't huge (There's a bigger unit out front, but was already booked), and the bed is just a simple spring-based mattress. Again, this is not a "dislike" - it's so you know what to expect here, and don't take my 9/10 rating as a high-grade & luxurious accommodation. We were very happy here."

"Great location overlooking the ocean. It’s clean and has good a/c …or you could open up all the windows at night and sleep w the beach breeze. Our room even had a small balcony w an ocean view. Chila is a wonderful host and was always available. The free use of the bicycles was a plus too! Overall it was a great stay!"

"I am so happy we found Chila's Accommodation. This is the perfect little cabin to relax and recharge while you are exploring Caye Caulker. Chila is a great host and will welcome you right away. Our cabin was clean and really well equipped including soaps, kettle, fridge, bath towels and beach towels and even some sunscreen. The AC was great and the bed was really comfy. The location is fabulous and you are greeted by the sea when you step out of your door. We liked the close proximity to The Spit as well as the main center with shops. In front of the accommodation is a delicious ice cream place that we enjoyed everyday"
