"The front door could only be locked with a key both from the inside and outside. We appreciate that the door remained locked at all times but found it to be a bit of a hazard that we had to unlock it with a key in order to exit."

"Sharon was really nice and very helpful with lots of great advice. We are on a family back packing trip- I would definitely recommend this hotel as the family running the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Also has a kitchen so we could cook food and has a gym next door. It’s a couple of minutes from downtown and also from both the market and the bus station."

"AC and fan worked perfectly! Owner is very sweet and helped us with booking ATM tour. WiFi was good! Hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable."

"It's an excellent place to relax after a day of activities in San Ignacio. I stayed in a beautiful private room with air conditioning, a fan, and a private bathroom. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. They also offer laundry service. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit in Cayo."
