The Victorian-style design is beautifully thought out, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely superb. We’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area."

"Joyce was welcoming. It was our first B&B experience. Joyce gave us a tour of the house and little bit of history. She help us figure out were to eat, and how to get to our excursion we had prepaid for. The room was beautiful and matched the history of the house. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful."

"Excellent breakfasts with fruit, pastries, eggs and Canadian bacon. Ping is a very nice chef! Liked having a small refrigerator in the room. Shower was updated and attract."

"Everything was amazing. We were upgraded to a big apartment with a jacuzzi and were provided with clean linens, towels and even bathrobes. We had access to a TV and a coffee maker and the couches and bed were very comfortable. Joyce was such a superb host. She was so welcoming and graceful. And the breakfast was topnotch. It felt great to be staying in this beautiful and authentic B&B."

"The AC was on a timer and though that isn't usually a problem, there was a change in temperature that was quite noticeable."

"An excellent, charming, historic B&B in the Niagra Falls neighborhood of smaller b&b's. Situated right on the Niagra Falls boulevard - a short 1-mile walk to the park sites, or a few hundred feet away the shuttle bus stop. The home is lovely and historic, with a lot of old-fashioned charm, though renovated and clean and comfortable. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. We had a great stay, and would recommend this B&B to others visting the Niagra Falls."

"Stayed in the Mayfair room - it's private and cozy. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. We felt very comfortable during our short stay. They have a dog however it is leashed and very friendly! Highly recommend."
