"Charming! This Victorian property including period furniture, crystal and china. Breakfast was made to order and delicious! Our 2 room suite had a jacuzzi! Unexpected and fabulous."
"The internet was the worst we have ever experienced. We have stayed in several properties on PEI and none had this internet issue. Tv in our room fit the decor but was super small."

"Decorated so beautifully for the season, so many nice touches around the house."
"Bed and floors were so squeaky we felt as though we couldn’t move around a lot. Wished we had a fridge in our room."
"Lovely old building with lots of character. Nice owners. Great location."
"No lift. Had to lug bags up two floor. To be expected in an old building."
"The home is classic Victorian. Helen the proprietor is an Irish-Canadian with the "gift of gab". She will regale you at breakfast with her stories, which are very entertaining. The breakfast is excellent, and cooked to order."
"We were on the third floor, and the July weather was very hot - 85 degrees F. We could feel the heat rising as we climbed the stairs, and it felt like a furnace when we got to our room. Fortunately, we had a portable room AC, but it could not really keep up with the heat, making it tough to sleep. Of course it's not the innkeeper's fault that it was hot, but with climate change I suggest that you book a lower floor room if visiting in the summer months."

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
