"I really liked the blue decor in the common spaces. Our room was spacious and the king sized bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained."

"I didn't like the $200 charge against my credit card for incidentals that it's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get back. That's an extra task for me to make sure I got my money back and accomplish at the end of my vacation that I'd rather not have. I know lots of hotels do that now and it's really annoying."

"desk chair was so low it was hard to work at the desk. unlabeled levers in the shower made it hard to figure out which lever controlled flow which temperature, and which the choice of overhead as opposed to handheld. getting a comfortable temperature was a challenge --either too hot or too cold. quite a crowd at checkin with only two harried agents to handle the crush -- maybe I was just unlucky. (checkout was a breeze)."
