"Facilities, location and accomodation were excellent. Had Christmas decorations and lights which were wonderful and helped us find the place when driving at night. The host even serviced our entrance after an overnight icy chill so we didn't slip and fall on the steps in the morning."

"After reading all of the reviews, I was a little skeptical, but I’m so glad we booked. The place is 3-4 minutes by car from the mountain, the mountain view is gorgeous, the place is very clean and cozy. Wonderful spa with stars above. They have a private shuttle to the mountain (but we didn’t use it. Will return for sure! We had some issues with the internet and the spa not heating too much but after texting the emergency number he helped immediately."

"great little chalet for a family location close to tremblant ski lifts (4 min drive, 20m walk) outdoor hottub with view of tremblant great feeling of being in nature (stayed across street up a hill) and secluded - huge wild turkeys were exploring the grounds"

"there were only 4 towels and they were quite small - more please we stayed up a small hill across the street. the ramp up was impossible to drive with a car (ice, gradient, new snow). also the driveway and stairs to the condo were not plowed and there was 6-12" of snow i had to shovel. the bathrooms are a bit odd aesthetically - shower and toilet in room, toilet door did not close, and all-glass shower door."

"Great views and free shuttle to the ski hill. Hot tub under the snow and the stars is a big bonus and we loved having our own kitchen."

"We had a two bedroom condo w a steep hill driveway so the weather was an issue. However, the reps made sure someone was there to sand the driveway. The condo itself was fabulous! Excellent French restaurant a stones throw from the property and down the block from lake tremblant"

"Getting checking information was painful. By 11am that day there was still nothing and booking could not reach them either . It was a very stressful day and weeks prior to booking as property info on site is incorrect … voicemails full… very poor info"

"The location was good, the interior design was modern, it had a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a TV, as mentioned in the property's description, and all the kitchen wares that we needed."

"The Wi-Fi was not working. When we called the management, they said it was a problem with the internet company, and because we were there during the weekends, they could not fix it. The sheets were not clean before our arrival, so we did them. The dryer did not work. The main issue that we had during our stay was the cleaning issue, and I hope the management of the property considers asking the cleaning crew to change all sheets to clean sheets to get a 10 of 10 score."
