Guest reviews for Mere Hotel
"Location downtown was great as we were able to walk from the hotel to the Centennial Concert Hall in 5 minutes. It was quiet & clean. Price was reasonable, even with the addition of the parking fee. We were able to order supper from a nearby restaurant, which was delivered to the hotel & added to our room cost. This was very convenient, especially since it was so cold outside!"
"When the temperature in the room was too hot, we turned down the thermostat a degree or two, which unfortunately caused the heating/cooling system on the wall to blow cold air into the room in order to reach the desired temperature. It was a bit uncomfortable to have the cold air blowing on us for a while, but certainly not a deal breaker in deciding whether I would stay her again or not :)"
"I liked the location. It was close to everything. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."
"There weren’t many amenities."
"I really enjoyed this hotel room & the property. It’s pretty and nice and the cleaning staff is INCREDIBLE. the best part of this hotel is the cleaning staff. They work SO HARD. They’re so pleasant and kind. They make everything amazing. They deserve a raise! I don’t know what they get paid but they’re worth more!!!!"
"I liked it all I can’t think of something that’s “bad”"

"Location is excellent for everything we wanted to see and do"
"It would've been nice to have a couple of chairs in the room to sit on rather than having to always sit on the bed. We wanted to rent the bicycles but one of them was broken ."

"Horrible music in the waiting area near the front desk. It’s was soo irritating"
"Excellent location, super comfortable beds, clean. Lovely decor."
"Shower pressure a little lacking Would have been nice to have a chair to sit in- or cushions on the bench to enjoy the beautiful view. Better parking. We cancelled our rental car due to the poor reviews."
"I chose this property because of the convenient location and the ability to use the bikes"
"Aucun."
"The waterfront location was great, adjacent parking lot, easy walk to breakfast and museums, good coffee in room, hot showers, comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning."
"Very little sound proofing from hallway and neighbouring rooms so anyone talking or making noise was easy to hear. Had to park on the street if the hotel lot was full."

"The rooms, kitchen facilities, pools ,the building was good"
"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
