"Amazing location, the architecture of the townhouse and homes in the neighborhood is stunning beautiful. And a very tranquil quiet location in the heart of a bustling city - it does not get any better than that. We had all the amenities we needed and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great value."

"Can't think of anything. There is some sound transfer from above as other reviewers have mentioned, but that is expected given that it is a basement suite in an older character townhouse. It was a mild amount of sound and did not impact our enjoyment or comfort at all."

"The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean.The kitchen was immaculate and had everything you could wish for. Andrew who lives on site was a helpful responsive host, available if required. Supermarkets, restaurants and a great bakery nearby."

"To access the apartment which is a basement you have to walk down a narrow passageway to the side of the house. Although well lit it I didn't like it. The heating system was quite noisy and movements from the house above could also be heard."

"The apartment is spacious and quiet. We can walk to the Street Car Stop in less than 5 minutes. It is well maintained and there are lots of towels for us to use. I really like the art prints. Good taste."

"The washbasin is very small. Difficult to use without wetting the floor. The water pressure in the shower cubicle is a little low."

"The guest above was really noisy with a barking dog. There was also work being done across from the property that was noisy. Location was in a rough area with lots of addicts and homeless nearby."

"The location was very good, cute and nice neighborhood. Owner is a great guy who helped me a lot. There are many facilities there and you can even cook easily although I didn't."

"There are almost no windows in the studio. You don't even notice it's morning. Since the owner is upstairs you hear a lot of noise, especially the dog running. The toilet and bathroom were not suitable and it gets clogged and I asked the owner to fix it."

"Everything - stunningly decorated with great attention to detail. Super helpful host and in a great location. Less than an hour from airport door to door and a lovely leafy neighbourhood. The space is compact as shown on pictures but totally fine for our stay in the city."

"We did cook at the studio and there were no lids for the pots -we were able to make do. Otherwise it was well stocked for cooking. Go to Jet fuel on Parliament’s for coffee and The Epicure shop for yummy food."

"Comfortable, good size, (it was as we expected) location v.good - 40 min walk to downtown, but also good local transport available , v. quiet, safe area. TV with Netflix amongst others."
