"There was no food open that was close. There was also no delivery to the motel. Had to travel another 15 minutes to get something to eat. Perhaps this should be mentioned in booking so that travelers could stop ahead of arriving to pick something up to eat."

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
