"We like the property, facility, location, and friendliness. We initially got the unit that was not ready and smells (smoke or something else) and then moved into slightly smaller unit but cleaner. This may also relate to our request to checkin earlier (actually we just would like to store our luggage). Thank you so much. It was all good. The only issue is to get the key when we checkin. If this can be improved, I recommend this property."
"Your process when we checkin. We had to move from one building to another back and forth. It was tiring but luckily our driver was very patient and helpful. You can imagine if we have to carry those 4 big luggage around :). Thanks, Suki for helping us moving our luggage."
