"The door to the room was a little wonky, the frame is out and the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. But the latch on the inside made us feel secure enough. Especially since the magnetic lock or whatever it is that the key card opens worked fine. The door for the deck was also hard to open and close but since it’s winter we didn’t need to be out there much."

"The hospitality was excellent! I was travelling with my fiancés ashes and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Great location! Central to downtown; walking distance to a beautiful waterfront trail, boutiques, pubs and other amenities. Grocery store opened until 11 pm for all your needs and a Starbucks inside for a good coffee for some pep in the morning. The rooms have a clean refrigerator to store Al your goodies for your touring! Would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"The hotel did a great job of breakfast for others but for a gluten-free (celiac) options there was only fruit. Tongs were being cross contaminated between eggs and sausages. I would highly recommend labeling the food that is put out for guests on little table cards that can be reused. My balcony door wouldn’t slide properly. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in some time. So I didn’t get to enjoy coffee and journal on the balcony as planned"

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the free breakfast in the mornings, and the Smart TV made it easy to log into all my apps. Overall, a great stay with everything you need for convenience and comfort."

"Prefer better quality amenities, ie soap, shampoo, conditioner, prefer glass not plastic glasses for water, glass not plastic mugs for coffee, prefer creamers in the fridge for coffee, bathrobes, and slippers. Only booked Quality Inn because it was highly rated by this app. Also staff would not let us check in at 3pm when we arrived and did not appear to have a locked location for us to safely leave our luggage while we attended a concert at the Badlands Ampitheatre. View from our room was a parking lot. Expected more for the price but we would stay here again if pressed."
