"Location was excellent being in front of Railway station and old city. Beautiful view of mountains from room with sitting table chairs in gallery . Breakfast was good."
"When I reached the reception told me your room is very small with one double bed. Whereas I booked room with twin bed. I also mailed the property that I need room with 2 single beds as I was traveling with my daughter. When I insist and going to leave the hotel then she changed my room. The room was small but with very good view and twin beds. Room was without AC however they provided fan which was comfortable in September. But I think in June July you can’t stay without AC and after paying 128 euro for a night not cost effective. They mentioned in listing room with electric tea pot. But no tea pot and tea bags were provided. Also no drinking water was provided in room. It should be complementary a bottle of water be available in room."

"Nice little hotel about a 3 minute from the train station. It was very reasonably priced compared to many in the area, and I'm still wondering why I was able to find such a gem at that price. As such, I was hesitant to choose it, but I'm glad I did. It was clean, friendly staff and sufficient for a place to rest my head for a night while passing through. I would stay there if I'm ever in Bellinzona again. Nice breakfast was also included."

"We booked this hotel last minute as we decided to head south and were pleased with the stay. It was easy to find via driving our car and it was nice to have a free parking spot in the back of the hotel. The room had high ceilings and a balcony which allowed us to see views of the castles. The location was good for walking around downtown. We had the best gelato right down the street at Gelateria Veneta. The night sky view was incredible with our large window/doors. The breakfast the next morning was good too with meats, cheeses, yougurts, breads, etc."
"The only downfall was that our room was right near the train station and there was a lot of train noise and some construction happening during the day time hours but you just drown it out like the city noise. Not really a hotel downfall."

"The location is great really close to the train station. A staff was nice. the hotel and room was clean and if you stay on the high floor there will be an elevator. it also includes breakfast that easy going. To sum up if you going to Bellinzona I definitely recommend this place."

"I loved this hotel because it was clean and comfortable, which was perfect after a long flight from the USA. My son and I stayed in the 5th floor and had a beautiful balcony. The room had lots of big windows which we could open for fresh air. We had a great breakfast too start the day, which was included in the price of our room. It was walkable from the main train station and close by a lot of attractions."

"excellent breakfast buffet for CHF25, which is cheap for Zurich. good selection of hot and cold items. You can even make your own waffles and order eggs they way you like them with the exception of no poached eggs available :( They have a hand operated Prosciutto slicing machine which is safe to use and you can have as much as you like. High quality prosciutto too! The smoked salmon deserves a mention to as it was of the highest quality and unexpectedly fantastic for a breakfast buffet in a 3/4 star hotel. Easy ride by tram into the city center with a stop right outside the hotel. we had dinner in their Italian restaurant one night and it was also excellent and not overpriced. They also had a complimentary electric Volvo that guest could book for the day for free, which was an excellent little promotion for Volvo and the hotel."
